David A. Bickham

David has more than 24 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.  His experience includes business tort litigation, maritime law claims, industrial accidents, products liability, and medical malpractice matters.  He has tried over 20 cases to a verdict as lead counsel.  His successful results include trials resulting in judgments awarding damages ranging from several million dollars to over $110 million.
