Gregory A. Ezring

A partner in the Corporate Department, co-head of the firm’s Finance Practice Group and co-head of the firm’s North American Capital Markets and Securities Practice Group, Greg focuses his practice on representation of private equity funds and other alternative asset managers, including Apollo Global Management LLC, and their portfolio companies in leveraged finance transactions (including both high yield bonds and leveraged loans), debt restructurings and public equity offerings.

Experience

Greg also has substantial experience representing underwriters, placement agents and initial purchasers in public and private high yield debt and equity securities offerings. He has been involved in various matters with Apollo Global Management LLC and their various portfolio companies, including CORE Media Group Inc. (formerly CKX, Inc.), Momentive Performance Materials Holding LLC, Caesars Entertainment Corporation (formerly Harrah's Entertainment), EP Energy LLC, McGraw-Hill School Education Holdings and Pinnacle Operating Corporation.
