General Counsel of Yahoo! Resigns

According to the WSJ Business Blog, Yahoo! announced on Friday that its general counsel Michael Callahan would resign after nearly 13 years with the company. In the article, Callahan was quoted as saying that he was ready “to move on to other opportunities.”

Yahoo! is still pursuing a patent suit against Facebook. Yahoo! has made Ron Bell the interim general counsel.
