BRAD BRIAN, veteran litigation partner at Munger Tolles & Olson in Los Angeles and regular member of the Lawdragon 500, currently showcasing his talents in the BP oil spill trial in New Orleans.
While we don't need a news hook for our From the Vault selections, Brad Brian's name came up as we followed the BP oil spill civil case currently in trial in New Orleans. Brian, a veteran of Munger Tolles & Olson, one of Los Angeles' venerable firms, is reprensting Transocean in the case.
