Nothing screams for the weekend like the photograph of an attorney behind a pile of papers. We have taken many of these over the years. Katz, one of the nation's top dealmakers, was photographed in New York by Hugh Williams just about six years ago. Katz is also a regular commenator on corporate legal issues.
