Hodes Milman Attorney Promoted To Name Partner

Firm renamed to Hodes Milman Liebeck, LLP

ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Hodes Milman has announced that attorney Kevin Liebeck has been promoted to name partner, effective January 1, 2012.  To accompany his promotion, the firm will change its name from Hodes Milman, LLP to Hodes Milman Liebeck, LLP.

Mr. Liebeck has successfully tried multiple high-profile cases to verdict in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and consumer and business fraud actions.

“Adding Kevin’s name to the firm’s acknowledges his contribution to its success,” said Founding Partners Daniel Hodes and Jeffrey Milman.  “We are confident that he will continue to be a great asset to the firm and our clients.”

Mr. Liebeck serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.  He has been named on the list of Southern California Super Lawyer “Rising Stars” for three consecutive years.

Mr. Liebeck earned both his bachelor’s degree and juris doctorate from Chapman University in Orange, California.  He is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
