FCC Commissioner Robert M. McDowell stated: “As my Chief of Staff, Angela played an indispensable role in developing and establishing communications technology policies that have benefited our nation’s communications consumers. She began her career in the congressional office of former US Representative Jack Kemp (R- NY), serving in a number of capacities over the course of four years.
Ms. Giancarlo has authored several articles on spectrum and technology matters and is an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association. She earned a JD from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America and received a BA from Trinity College in Washington, DC.
