Stuart Kane LLP Opens in Newport Beach

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwired - Jul 22, 2013) - Stuart Kane LLP today announced that it is now open for business, headed by Bruce Stuart and Bob Kane. The new boutique firm has been formed by nine seasoned veterans of a large Orange County law firm with a commitment to their specialty practice areas.

Stuart has been one of the top real estate attorneys in Orange County for more than 30 years. Kane has been representing employers in labor and employment matters since the early 1970s, and is regarded as one of the preeminent attorneys in his field. They're joined by seven other highly experienced attorneys: Josh Grushkin, Robert Wallace and Javier Gutierrez, who specialize in real estate law; Bruce May, who focuses on employment law and litigation; and Don Hamman, Peter Wucetich and Eve Brackmann, who concentrate on business litigation with an emphasis on real estate and employment matters.

The Business Litigation Group is headed by Don Hamman, who has been litigating business and real estate cases in Southern California for 33 years. Hamman and his colleagues Peter Wucetich and Eve Brackmann have handled jury and bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, and appeals in a wide variety of disputes, with an emphasis on real estate and employment cases.
