Ballard Spahr’s Circosta Elected Chair of Kids Smiles

PHILADELPHIA (August 8, 2013) – Craig Circosta, a partner in the Business and Finance Department at Ballard Spahr and leader of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity Group, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kids Smiles, Inc.

Kids Smiles works with children in underserved urban neighborhoods in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., providing clinical dental services and access to oral health education programs focusing on preventive care and positive dental health habits. Mr. Circosta was elected to the organization's Board in 2011 and was named Vice Chairman in 2012.
