ATLANTA, Aug. 21, 2013 -- The global law firm Jones Day has announced that Ken Boehner has joined the Firm's Atlanta Office as a partner in the M&A Practice.

Mr. Boehner's corporate practice focuses on the life sciences and technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors. "We're delighted that Ken is joining us. He has a wealth of experience, particularly in the TMT sector, on both sides of the Atlantic," said Bob Profusek, leader of Jones Day’s M&A Practice. "The TMT sector currently accounts for a substantial percentage of M&A deals, as factors including large cash reserves and low interest rates continue to fuel dealmaking. Ken’s experience in this area is an asset to our global practice as well as to our numerous clients active in this industry”.
