Stroock Partners Win Major Awards

Los Angeles, CA, (Oct. 1, 2013) – The Los Angeles office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP has been honored by several major publications for 2013 as partners in several different practice areas were celebrated.

Seven of the 12 Stroock LA office partners won major awards in 2013 so far, a spectacular number that demonstrates the success and achievements of the attorneys.  The awards include:

  • Daily Journal “Top Women Attorneys” for LA Office Managing Partner Julia Strickland.  Strickland, who heads the Financial Services Litigation group, has won this honor for 9 years in a row.
  • The Hollywood Reporter Top 100 “Power Lawyers” named entertainment partners Schuyler Moore, Matt Thompson and John Gatti.
  • Variety magazine “Legal Impact Report” honored entertainment partners Dan Rozansky and Matt Thompson as two of only 50 attorneys spotlighted for this highly competitive award.
  • Daily Journal “Top 20 Under 40” honors went to Real Estate Partner Stuart Graiwer, one of only 20 attorneys in California to earn this coveted honor.
  • Los Angeles Business Journal named Real Estate Partner Chauncey Swalwell one of the “Who’s Who in Real Estate Law” for attorneys in Los Angeles.
  • Daily Journal also recognized Real Estate Partner Stuart Graiwer as one of the “Top 30 Real Estate Attorneys” in California for 2013.
  • Chambers & Partners USA celebrated the following Partners for the 2013 Chambers USA List: Schuyler Moore, Matt Thompson, Dan Rozansky, Chauncey Swalwell and Insurance Partner Jim Fitzgerald.
