PALO ALTO, CA (December 9, 2013) – Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, today announced that it has elected four new partners from its attorney ranks. The promotions will become effective on February 1, 2014.

The 2014 partners-elect are:
Dale R. Bish, Litigation. Based in Palo Alto, Bish specializes in helping technology companies with complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on defending against class action suits. He received his J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law in 2004.
Paul S. Jin, Antitrust. Based in Washington, D.C., Jin focuses on all aspects of antitrust-related merger clearance, counseling, and litigation. He earned his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2003.
Dan Koeppen, Corporate & Securities. Based in San Diego, Koeppen concentrates on general corporate representation, public offerings, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions, with particular expertise in the life sciences and technology sectors. He received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2004.
Andrea Agathoklis Murino, Antitrust. Based in Washington, D.C., Murino represents clients in a wide range of antitrust matters, including mergers and acquisitions, conduct investigations, counseling, and criminal and civil litigation. She received her J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 2001.
