Troutman Sanders Names O.C. Managing Partner

ORANGE COUNTY, Ca. – January 2, 2014 – Troutman Sanders LLP announced today that Larry Cerutti has been named Managing Partner of the firm’s Orange County office. 

Cerutti succeeds Robert Pozin, who has been managing partner in Orange County for 20 years. Pozin opened the office for what was then Ross, Dixon & Bell and continued to serve as managing partner after the merger with Troutman Sanders in 2009, overseeing strategic growth in this important market for the firm. 

Cerutti joined the firm in June 2012 from Rutan & Tucker, where he served as head of Rutan’s corporate section. He has a diverse corporate and securities practice, representing middle market companies in a variety of industries in public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters.
