Jan. 22 New York – JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the addition of Lorraine M. Brennan, Esq. to its panel. Ms. Brennan will be based in the JAMS New Yor Resolution Center. The former Managing Director of JAMS International, she will serve as neutral in a variety of disputes within multiple practice areas including bankruptcy, business and commercial litigation, employment, intellectual property and international arbitration.
An accomplished dispute resolution professional, Ms. Brennan brings more than 15 years of experience in leadership roles at several of the world’s most prominent dispute resolution organizations, including the ICC International Court of Arbitration, The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Dispute Resolution and JAMS International. She is prominently recognized and respected for her broad range of professional experience involving complex commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration and mediation, as well as her service as a distinguished global member of law school faculties from the United States to China.
She served as Senior Law Clerk for the Honorable Irving Ben Cooper in the Southern District of New York, and is one of only eight members appointed by the U.S. State Department to the NAFTA 2022 Advisory Committee on Private Commercial Disputes.

Ms. Brennan received her B.A. in French literature from Cornell University and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School as well as a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Diplome d’Etudes Superieures from the Institut de Hautes Etudes in Geneva, Switzerland.
