(Jacksonville, February 7, 2014) - FordHarrison LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announces the addition of Gregg Gerlach, Esq. in the firm’s Jacksonville office.
Gregg Gerlach is a Florida and Texas labor relations and employment attorney, who for over 20 years has represented employers in a variety of industries, including technology, construction, and health care. A sought-after speaker and trainer, Gregg educates employers, lawyers and human resource professionals throughout Florida on cutting edge developments in U.S. and Florida labor and employment law.
Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Florida Bar, much of Gregg’s recent litigation experience has concentrated on suits involving breach of employment contracts, enforcing non-compete agreements, and defending employers against overtime and medical leave claims arising under the FLSA and FMLA.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Gregg was a founding partner of the Jacksonville labor relations and employment law boutique, Harper Gerlach, PL, after relocating his practice from Houston, Texas.
"We are very excited to welcome Gregg to both our office and to the firm," said Peter Corbin, managing partner of FordHarrison's Jacksonville office. "Gregg is a prominent labor and employment lawyer here in Florida. His extensive knowledge in assisting employers from the myriad of pitfalls concerning overtime matters together with his considerable experience handling non-compete disputes will make him an excellent addition to the FordHarrison family."
