Troutman Sanders Expands Corporate Practice

ORANGE COUNTY, Ca. – March 21, 2014 – Troutman Sanders LLP announced today that John Hamilton has joined the firm’s corporate practice as a partner in Orange County.  Hamilton comes to the firm from Bracke Manufacturing, LLC, an electronic component manufacturing company, which he co-founded.  Prior to owning his own business, Hamilton was a partner with Rutan & Tucker in Orange County.

An Orange County native, Hamilton has experience working with members of the regional business community on transactional matters. He has represented clients in a broad range of corporate and business-related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, business transactions and general contract negotiations.

Hamilton is a graduate of Stanford University.  He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law.
