New York, June 11, 2014 ... Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today that Henrik P. Patel has joined the Firm as partner in its Executive Compensation, Benefits and Employment practice. Mr. Patel will work closely with the Firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice and will advise clients on all executive compensation and benefits matters.

He counsels clients on compensation, succession planning, corporate governance, securities, tax, regulatory and compliance issues. Patel has extensive experience on deferred compensation, severance, change in control and retention matters.
