Williams (Tim) has joined the firm's Atlanta office as Partner. Prior to joining FordHarrison, Tim served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Winn-Dixie Stores, Inc., a then-publicly traded Fortune 500 company with $7 billion in revenues.

Tim Williams concentrates his practice on the representation of management in matters related to employment law. He has more than 20 years of broad-based legal experience litigating and counseling clients in the retail, transportation, and manufacturing industries including eight years as in-house counsel for a regional food, pharmacy and liquor retailer.
Tim's experience includes counseling clients and internal business partners in employment, wage and hour, labor, employee benefits and executive compensation matters and providing representation in employment litigation. In his role as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Tim led a legal team responsible for addressing all matters related to labor & employment, employee benefits, litigation, government relations, corporate governance, regulatory, securities, food safety and real estate.
