Jackson Lewis Adds Shareholder

BALTIMORE, MD (September 15, 2014) -- Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the largest workplace law firms in the world representing management, is pleased to announce Katrina J. Dennis has joined the firm’s Baltimore office as Shareholder.  Ms. Dennis, who joins Jackson Lewis after serving as Principal at Kramon & Graham, P.A., has extensive experience in all aspects of labor and employment counseling and litigation.

Ms. Dennis, who has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in Maryland Super Lawyers since 2013 and deemed one of “Maryland’s Leading Women” by the Daily Record, represents employers in all facets of workplace law matters, including claims involving sexual harassment, gender and disability discrimination, trade secret misappropriation, wrongful discharge, executive compensation and wage and hour disputes. She regularly advises clients on management issues, including hiring and termination, employee handbooks, record-keeping policies and procedures, grievance arbitration, restrictive covenants and employee leave and disability.

Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley recently appointed Ms. Dennis to the Board of Directors of the Maryland Transportation Authority.  In addition, Ms. Dennis is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the National Bar Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
