McGlinchey Stafford Continues Growth in Ohio

CLEVELAND, OH (December 9, 2014) – McGlinchey Stafford announced that three new attorneys have joined the Cleveland, Ohio office.  Bryan T. Kostura joins the firm as Of Counsel handling commercial litigation and consumer financial services litigation, and Dustin D. Godenswager and Amanda Rose Martin both join the firm as Associates handling consumer financial services compliance matters.

The expansion of McGlinchey Stafford’s Cleveland office is part of the firm’s recent overall growth trend primarily driven by work for financial services clients.

ABOUT THE ATTORNEYS

Bryan Kostura, a Major in the United States Army Reserves, has joined the firm as Of Counsel.  Bryan is an experienced trial attorney handling mortgage banking litigation, commercial and business disputes, contract litigation, tort and negligence actions, temporary restraining orders, real estate litigation and creditors' rights actions.  He also has experience handling general corporate matters and white collar and investigatory matters.  He received his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from John Carroll University in 2001.

Dustin Godenswager has joined the firm as an Associate and handles consumer financial services matters, focusing on lender-related regulatory compliance matters.  He received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2013 (cum laude) and his B.A. from The University of Toledo in 2010 (magna cum laude).

Amanda Martin has joined the firm as an Associate.  She is a 2014 magna cum laude graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and focuses her practice on federal and state compliance matters for consumer financial services clients.  She also holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
