Marticello named as new President of CA Bankruptcy Forum (CBF)

Marticello has been installed as the president of the California Bankruptcy Forum (CBF) for 2015-2016. Marticello, a partner at Smiley Wang-Ekvall, will lead California’s premier organization of insolvency law professionals and support the Forum’s goals of promoting and enhancing the value of the bankruptcy system throughout the state of California.

CBF is also dedicated to supporting pro bono projects designed to educate and assist unrepresented bankruptcy filers and litigants.
