New York, July 17, 2015 – Lowenstein Sandler LLP is proud to welcome Christopher S. Porrino back to the firm as a partner and co-chair of its national litigation practice. Mr. Porrino is Chief Counsel to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. He will continue to serve in his current role until July 31 and will rejoin Lowenstein Sandler shortly thereafter.
Mr. Porrino had served as partner and vice-chair of the litigation department at Lowenstein Sandler from 2004 until 2012. He entered public service in 2012 as Director of the Division of Law at the New Jersey Attorney General’s office. In that post, he led a team of 500 lawyers who handled all of the State’s civil litigation. He personally handled some of the State’s most sensitive cases. He joined the Office of the Governor as Chief Counsel in January 2014.
