August 6, 2015 -- Alliance Laundry Systems, the leading, global designer and manufacturer of commercial laundry equipment, announced that BDT Capital Partners, LLC, through its investment funds, has agreed to acquire a majority interest in Alliance from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Teachers' is expected to retain a minority interest in Alliance following the completion of the transaction. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP is representing BDT in connection with this transaction, which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015. Additional terms of the deal were not disclosed.
