NEW YORK CITY/ HACKENSACK, N.J. – September 10, 2015 – Cole Schotz P.C. announced today that attorney David Rubenstein has joined the firm’s New York office as a member in its Real Estate Department, effective August 17. Mr. Rubenstein is a seasoned real estate transactional attorney who joins the firm from Levitt & Boccio, where he was a partner.

Mr. Rubenstein has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, representing developers, landlords, tenants, entrepreneurs, investors and more in his nationwide practice. He advises clients on a variety of real estate related matters, including shopping centers, office and residential development, sales, acquisitions and leasing. He also has extensive experience in real estate matters relating to restaurants, bars and night clubs, including signature restaurants of several of the world’s top chefs.

Mr. Rubenstein earned his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law and his B.A. from The University of Hartford.
