Washington, DC—Brian H. Pandya, a partner in Wiley Rein’s Intellectual Property and Litigation practices, has been chosen to be a member of the 2016 class of Fellows, participating in a landmark program created by the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) that will identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
“Wiley Rein is proud to have Brian participate as a Fellow in our inaugural year as a LCLD member,” said Managing Partner Peter Shields. “Over the years, Brian has shown tremendous leadership on Wiley Rein’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and we are excited by the opportunity that LCLD offers Brian to advance his professional profile and further develop his leadership skills.”
According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
Mr. Pandya is a trial and appellate litigator who focuses on patent litigation and intellectual property issues. His practice is national in scope, having argued or tried cases before the Federal Circuit, Ninth Circuit, district courts including Texas, Virginia, Delaware, California, Illinois, and New York, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, and the Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Pandya also counsels technology companies, including providing assistance on licensing issues and portfolio development issues.
