Winston & Strawn Expands Corporate Practice

NEW YORK (March 29, 2016) – Winston & Strawn LLP announced today that veteran financial services attorney Keith Andruschak has joined the firm’s Corporate Practice as a partner in New York. Mr. Andruschak brings over 20 years of experience advising clients on complex transactions involving the insurance industry.
Mr. Andruschak advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures, structured finance, insurance-linked securities offerings, and other insurance and reinsurance solutions. He also advises the industry on unique insurance and annuity product designs, alternative risk transfer arrangements, and derivatives. Mr. Andruschak’s clients include domestic and international commercial and investment banks, life and property/casualty insurers and reinsurers, private equity investors, and hedge funds.
