(January 24, 2017) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has elected Lindbergh Porter as chair and added Richard Harris (Philadelphia), Allan King (Austin, Texas) and Anthony Rizzotti (Boston) as new members to its Board of Directors. Porter, a long-standing shareholder in the firm’s San Francisco office, succeeds Lisa “Lee” Schreter of Littler’s Atlanta office, who has completed her three-year term as chair and will continue to support the firm’s strategic business goals as a board member and co-chair of Littler’s Wage and Hour Practice Group.

About Lindbergh Porter
Porter advises and represents employers in class action and single plaintiff cases and in National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor and other federal and state agency investigations and trials. In addition to scores of court, jury, and administrative agency trials and labor arbitrations, Porter has argued precedent-setting appeals before United States and California courts of appeal. About Richard Harris
Harris, co-chair of Littler’s Litigation and Trials Practice Group, represents employers in a variety of litigation matters, including claims related to discrimination, racial and sexual harassment, trade secrets, and wrongful termination and promotion. He also counsels management on litigation avoidance, developing policies and programs that comply with federal and state employment laws. Harris actively serves a number of professional and civic organizations, including the Board of Trustees for the Southwest Leadership Academy Charter School and Enon-Coulter Community Development Corp. Harris was honored in The Legal 500 United States 2016 guide as a leading lawyer in the Labor and Employment Disputes: Defense category. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and his B.A. from the University of Maryland.
About Allan King
King, co-chair of Littler’s Class Actions Practice Group and co-founding member of the firm’s Austin office, combines his expertise in employment law with his prior experience as a labor economist to handle statistical issues that arise in class action and "pattern and practice" cases. He advises clients on hiring, promotion and pay, and proposed reduction-in-force matters, and he frequently speaks on such topics for continuing legal education programs. King was recognized as Best Lawyers Labor Law – Management “Lawyer of the Year” in Austin for 2017, and he was named to The Best Lawyers in America© for nine consecutive years. He is also board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. King earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from Cornell University, and his B.A. from City College of New York.
About Anthony Rizzotti
Rizzotti, co-chair of Littler’s Healthcare Industry Group, has over 20 years of experience advising and representing management in traditional labor matters, including arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, and union elections and avoidance. He has also litigated on various employment issues in federal and state courts in Massachusetts, Florida and Rhode Island related to discrimination and harassment, noncompete agreements and trade secrets, and wage and hour. He also drafts executive employment, non-compete and change-in-control agreements. Rizzotti regularly speaks and contributes articles to various legal, business and human resources organizations and has continuously been named to Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business since 2004. He earned his J.D., cum laude, as well as his B.A. from Boston College.
