February 13, 2017 --LOS ANGELES— Tax Planning lawyer Warren “Skip” Kessler and two associates have joined Liner LLP. Mr. Kessler focuses primarily on tax structuring of complex real estate transactions and on restructuring of partnerships and limited liability companies that own large parcels of real estate. Mr. Kessler joins as a partner and his team from Kessler & Kessler, Michael Wiener and Emily Houpert, will join as associates.
Recognized as a leader in Section 1031 like-kind exchange matters, Kessler has structured thousands of forward and reverse Section 1031 like-kind exchange transactions involving billions of dollars of property. He has devised and implemented tax efficient structures for his clients for over three decades.
