Winston & Strawn Adds Antitrust Partner

 WASHINGTON, D.C. (March 6, 2017) –Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce Heather Kafele has joined the firm’s Antitrust Practice as partner in the Washington, D.C. office. Ms. Kafele was previously at Shearman & Sterling LLP.

Ms. Kafele has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of antitrust cases, including monopolization, price-fixing (cartel), predatory pricing, bundling, false advertising, unfair competition, and leveraging cases. She has handled worldwide internal investigations of cartel activity, and frequently represents companies and individuals in criminal cartel cases before the Department of Justice. Ms. Kafele also launched, Cartel Digest, a website that monitors international cartel enforcement and frequently counsels and speaks on anti-cartel compliance.
