Liner LLP associate Noel Hyun is one of seven new members added to Central City Association of Los Angeles’ (CCA) Board of Directors, becoming the youngest member of the board and bringing a fresh perspective to Downtown issues. By engaging the “next generation”, CCA hopes to enhance Downtown Los Angeles’ (DTLA’s) vibrancy and increase investment in the region. As a resident of DTLA, Hyun adds to the diversity of voices CCA was seeking to achieve its priorities.
Prior to joining Liner, Hyun served on the staff of CCA as Director of Legislative and Legal Affairs. In her role, she served as lead analyst and primary advocate on planning, land use, and development matters; housing and homelessness policy; and Downtown quality of life issues.
Working with partner Jerry Neuman in Liner LLP’s Land Use group, Hyun’s appointment furthers Neuman’s vision of creating not only talented attorneys, but a team of engaged civic leaders.
