NEW YORK (August 14, 2023) – Freshfields announced today that Gayle Klein has joined the firm’s litigation practice as partner in New York.
A nationally recognized commercial litigator, Gayle has led clients to high profile victories in a spectrum of disputes involving complex financial transactions, fraud claims, trade secrets, non-compete undertakings and major contracts. She also is particularly adept at defending against class actions. Her clients include private equity firms, financial institutions and public and private companies.
