PHILADELPHIA, PA – (June 20, 2024) – One of the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ civil litigation firms, Motley Rice LLC, has expanded its class action and multidistrict litigation practice by adding seasoned litigator Mike Daly to the firm’s Philadelphia office as a member. As a lead of the Philadelphia office, Daly will help grow Motley Rice’s class action and mass tort litigation for products liability claims involving defective medical devices and harmful pharmaceuticals, as well as environmental hazards, asbestos-related injuries such as mesothelioma and other toxic torts.
“Mike’s extensive mass tort leadership experience and industry knowledge coupled with his Philadelphia legal community relationships make him a perfect fit for Motley Rice and our expanding presence. Having him deepen our growing bench of mass tort litigators and helping us open a larger office at Three Logan Square is a real benefit to our current and future clients,” stated Motley Rice Co-founding Member Joseph F. Rice.
“As a born and bred Philadelphian, our city’s rich legal history is of the utmost importance to me. I am confident that Motley Rice’s growth here will only add to our exceptional community of lawyers,” said Mike Daly. “I am thrilled to be the attorney of choice to help lead this expansion of legal talent, clients and co-counsel relationships for such an established and nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm.”
