NEW YORK (December 4, 2024) – Lowenstein Sandler has continued its strategic growth with the hiring of two new partners: Daniel L. Forman is joining the Capital Markets & Securities practice, and Matthew R. Friedenberg is joining in Business Litigation. They will both be based in the firm’s New York City office.
Firm Chair and Managing Partner Gary M. Wingens says: “Lowenstein’s strategic plan for the future envisions dramatic growth across all of our practices. The arrival of these new partners, established practitioners in the respective areas of capital markets and business litigation, is both a symbol of our firm’s strengths and a harbinger of great things to come in the new year. We are delighted to welcome Daniel and Matt to the firm.”
Steven M. Skolnick, Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Securities practice and Vice Chair of its Transactions & Advisory Group, says: “Dan has impressive experience leading multimillion dollar registered equity offerings, convertible notes, investment grade and high yield notes offerings, and other securities offerings. His knowledge of IPO’s, CMPOs, RDs, PIPES, and other sophisticated financing transactions will provide great value to our firm’s client base.”
