Tara Bradley, an accomplished attorney who advises companies ranging from multinational companies to innovative startups in commercial transactions, has joined McGuireWoods as a partner in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Bradley has more than 25 years of in-house and large law firm experience negotiating agreements with a focus on digital media, intellectual property, entertainment, social media and advertising matters. She drafts and negotiates contracts for licensing, website and software development, cloud hosting, software as a service (SaaS), content production and distribution, talent, publishing, strategic alliances, co-branding, channel marketing and digital advertising. She advises clients across industries, including entertainment, marketing, healthcare, beauty, fashion, banking, retail and sports.

Bradley comes to McGuireWoods from Dentons. She previously was counsel at American Express, where she provided support for cutting-edge projects and campaigns, including the launch and operation of the company’s professional networking website and its nationally recognized Small Business Saturday marketing campaign.
