Parker Shumaker Adds Partner, Special Counsel

LOS ANGELES, CALIF.--Parker Shumaker Mills LLP, a Los Angeles-based business litigation, professional liability and business transactions law firm, has named Gina A. Leago as a new litigation partner. Mark A. Graf has joined as special counsel and David D. Yang is now a firm associate.

Leago's practice emphasis is business litigation, professional liability, employment disputes and personal injury actions including products liability and medical malpractice. Besides litigating cases, Leago serves as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court. Prior to joining Parker Shumaker Mills in 2005, Leago was a senior attorney with La Follette Johnson De Haas Fesler & Ames.

Mark Graf has more than 30 years of experience in California and Illinois courts. He recently spent 18 years at Sedgwick LLP. Previously, he worked with several Parker Shumaker Mills attorneys while at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. As special counsel, Graf will continue to concentrate his practice on professional malpractice, business and commercial litigation and insurance bad faith analysis and litigation.
