WASHINGTON, D.C. (October 29, 2013) - Winston & Strawn LLP has announced that H. Stephen Harris Jr. will join the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as a partner in the antitrust/ competition practice. Mr. Harris, formerly a partner and chair of the North America Antitrust & Competition Group at Baker & McKenzie, focuses his practice on cartel defense, merger control filings, and administrative proceedings before United States and international courts and agencies.

He is admitted to practice in both the United States and the UK, and has experience handling matters across a range of Asian jurisdictions, focusing in particular on Chinese antitrust law issues. Mr. Harris speaks Japanese.
