Attorney Chad D. Cooper Joins Kaufman & Company

CLEVELAND, OH – National trial and litigation law firm Kaufman & Company, PLLC welcomes Attorney Chad D. Cooper to the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio office. With nearly 20 years’ experience in litigation, appeals and alternative dispute resolution, Mr. Cooper has significant first-chair jury and bench trial experience in Business Tort, Commercial Litigation, Financial Services Litigation and Class Action Litigation areas.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cooper was an attorney at Thompson Hine’s Dayton, Ohio office and then a partner at Kendo, Alexander, Cooper & Engel LLP, where he focused on appellate, business litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metro Bar Association.

Mr. Cooper obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he was a founding member of the St. Athanasius Debating Society, and was on the staff of the Journal of College and University Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College in Illinois, where he was a National Merit Scholar and Presidential Scholar.
